Installing Phlox on your WordPress Website

Installing Phlox theme, is similar to installing any other WordPress theme on your website.

In this section, we described methods of installation.

Install from WordPress Themes Directory (Recommended)

You can install and activate the theme by searching it in WordPress dashboard by following the below steps:

1. Login to the WordPress Admin Panel
2. Select?Appearance > Themes?on the Dashboard
3. Click on Add New
4. Search themes…
5. Type Phlox
6. Roll over the Phlox thumbnail image and click Install
7. Then click the Activate button

?Install Theme by Uploading Phlox File

You can upload the theme file directly, in WordPress dashboard by following the below steps:

1. Download Phlox
2. Login to the WordPress Admin Panel
3. Select?Appearance > Themes?on the Dashboard
4. Click on Add New
5. Use the Upload Theme on?the top left?to upload the zipped copy of Phlox that you have downloaded
6. Roll over the Phlox thumbnail image
7. Click the Activate button to activate theme

Install by Using FTP

In this method, you can install Phlox by using an FTP client like Filezilla, FireFtp, and?Cyberduck.

1. Download Phlox
2. ?Use?an FTP client to access your host web server
3. Create a directory and name it “phlox” in the wp-content/themes Directory provided by WordPress
4. Upload the Theme files to the new directory on your host server
5. Login to the WordPress Admin Panel
6. Select?Appearance > Themes?on the?Dashboard
7. Roll over the Phlox thumbnail image
8. Click the Activate button to activate theme
